Notice: By logging into this portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the protection of children in our programs:
1. Strict Privacy & Protection: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the child's personal information, including their full name, specific home location, and sensitive life history provided in their profile. 2. No Direct Communication: You agree NOT to contact your sponsored child or their family directly via social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) or in person without the express authorization and supervision of our organization. This is to ensure the safety of both the sponsor and the child. 3. Content Standards: Any letters or photos sent through this platform must be appropriate for children and respectful of Guatemalan cultural values. 4. Data Use (2025 Compliance): We comply with the COPPA (as amended June 2025) and international data laws. We do not share children's biometric data or government IDs with third parties for marketing purposes. 5. Termination of Access: Unauthorized use of child data or attempted direct contact with a child outside our supervised channels will result in immediate termination of sponsorship and access to this portal.
